
Doosughun Takur
Doosughun Takur is a Credentialed Economist, Capacity Building Expert and Climate Change activist. Her 14-year career spans experience in Finance, Banking, Energy Access and Environment and Climate Action. She assists in the development of new and start-up businesses in the field of renewable energy and climate change by providing access to finance and networking opportunities. With an innate passion for technical detail and capacity building, she has organized regular training sessions for clean energy leaders on the importance of green energy and circular economy.
Doosughun is a strong advocate for climate change and especially how it affects women. She runs various programs; from raising awareness campaigns in schools to roundtable discussions with policymakers on creating a sustainable environment and future. She heads a team of young energy professionals who are innovating ways to make SDG 5, 7, 11, and 13 a reality.
Her mission is to help professionals unleash their genius, empower them to stand out, be leaders and succeed through hands-on career and life tools, accountability, motivation and one-on-one mentorship. She is a Management Consultant and has earned certifications in Public Sector Reform Methodologies from the Harvard Center for International Development and is a trained Project Manager. She is a certified Cherie Blair Foundation for Women Mentor, a certified Mentor for Women in Africa (WIA) and a Fellow of both Vital Voices Visionaries By Estee Lauder and Institute of Management Consultant. She is also known as "The Fixer"
