Koromone Asabe-Yobaere (KAY) is an experienced storyteller, poet, performing artist, and brand manager. KAY is a trained public speaker who began performing poetry professionally when she was 18 years old. She has performed at colleges, high schools, events, and poetry slams in NYC, Boston, New Jersey, Lagos, Abuja, and more.
KAY currently serves as Co-founder and Chief Brand Officer at Jamit, an Web3 and audio entertainment startup she joined in July of this year.
Outside of her professional career, KAY hosts, moderates, and speaks at industry-agnostic conferences and events by invitation.KAY has provided communications, brand, and editorial services to Big Cabal Media, TechCabal, Flutterwave, HerVest, Wallets.Africa, Clane, Mashable, EBONY Magazine, and other industry players in the tech ecosystem.
KAY enjoys long walks, the occasional morning run, weight training, black coffee, and visiting coastal towns and cities.
