Tolulope Omoleye-Osindero is Founder and Managing Partner of Fluxis Capital, a venture credit firm providing non-dilutive debt financing to revenue-generating technology companies across African markets. She brings over 16 years of experience in structured finance and law, with expertise spanning private credit, venture finance, digital banking, risk and compliance, and cross-border growth.

Previously, she served as Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance at Branch International, where she supported expansion, debt fundraising, and risk and compliance across the US, India, and African markets. Earlier, she led structured, corporate, and venture finance at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, advising DFIs, funds, and banks on large-scale financings. She holds an MSc in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University of London and is completing an Executive MBA at London Business School.
