Eugene Uka is a technology executive with nearly two decades of experience scaling digital infrastructure, networks, data centres, cloud services, and AI capabilities across Africa. He currently serves as Interim CEO of Liquid Intelligent Technologies Nigeria and Africa Data Centres, where he leads market operations, strategic execution, and stakeholder engagement for Cassava Technologies in Nigeria.

Eugene has played a role in shaping Nigeria’s digital infrastructure landscape, including contributing to the development of the National AI Strategy and the framework for the Sovereign Cloud Initiative. His expertise spans digital infrastructure, cloud adoption, digital sovereignty, enterprise transformation, and subsea and terrestrial connectivity.

He holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
