Jumoke Olaniyan is the Group Chief Strategy Officer of NGX Group, with over two decades of executive experience spanning capital markets, market infrastructure, institutional strategy, and financial ecosystem development across Nigeria and Africa. She leads strategy, revenue growth, market liquidity, digital transformation, and sustainability across the Group’s subsidiaries.

Previously, Jumoke spent over a decade at FMDQ Securities Exchange, where she led initiatives that strengthened Nigeria’s fixed income, currency, and derivatives markets, including the development of Naira-settled OTC FX Futures, which facilitated over $67 billion in transactions. She began her career as a Foreign Currency and Money Market Dealer at Guaranty Trust Bank.

Jumoke has held continental leadership roles, including Vice Chair of the ICMA Pan African Committee and Co-Chair of the SEC Nigeria Technical Committee on Enhancement of Market Liquidity. She holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
