Yewande Sadiku is a Senior Banker in the Investment Banking division of Standard Bank Group, with more than 30 years of experience across investment banking, corporate finance, and investment promotion. She previously served as Executive Secretary and CEO of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC), where she led transformative reforms that strengthened Nigeria’s investment climate, institutional governance, and investor engagement.

Prior to NIPC, she was Executive Director of Corporate and Investment Banking at Stanbic IBTC, leading strategic relationships with some of Nigeria’s largest corporate clients. She currently serves on the boards of Golden Penny Foods Limited and Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited, and is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and an Eisenhower Fellow.
