Joy Sani is a Programme Manager and ecosystem builder working at the intersection of Africa’s creative economy, innovation, social impact and behaviour change. She builds and leads multi-country programmes and communities of practice designed to support African talent and drive ambitious social and behavioural change goals. At Co-Creation Hub (CcHUB), she currently leads programmes across Nigeria and Kenya spanning research, professional learning, grants, creative infrastructure and ecosystem development, working with funders, partners, multidisciplinary teams and communities to turn ideas into programmes with meaningful impact.

She is particularly interested in how stronger ecosystems, technology and creativity can create meaningful opportunities for African talent and contribute to inclusive social and economic development.

Outside of work, Joy is a mother of two, a poet in hiding, and a singer who is happiest when there is a microphone and a stage nearby. She is deeply curious about people, ideas, and the possibilities that emerge when creativity, technology, and human connection meet.
