Idris Bello is the Managing Partner of LoftyInc Capital, a Pan-African venture capital firm, and a prominent angel investor and startup advisor. An advocate for African entrepreneurship, he founded the Afropreneurs Angels Group, a global network of more than 100 African executives across health, financial services, energy, agriculture, technology, and venture capital.

Recognised by CNN as one of Africa’s Top Ten Technology Voices, Idris is also a Singularity University Impact Fellow and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers Limited.

His career spans technology, energy, consumer goods, and healthcare, with experience at organisations including Procter & Gamble, Chevron, ExxonMobil, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative. He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, the University of Houston, the University of Oxford, and Rice University.
