Uche Ofodile is the CEO of MTN Benin and Chairperson of MTN Mobile Money Benin, with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across Africa’s telecommunications and fintech sectors. She has led businesses across Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Benin, and has held leadership roles with global companies including Meta (formerly Facebook) and Vodafone.

Known for driving digital transformation, commercial growth, and customer-focused innovation, Uche has built a reputation for leading high-performing teams in complex and fast-evolving markets.

Beyond her corporate career, she is an author, speaker, and leadership advocate. She founded CEO of the Day, an initiative that has partnered with more than 100 companies to expose emerging women leaders to executive leadership, and hosts the Don’t Let the Smile Fool You podcast, where she explores leadership, growth, and personal development.

He joined Samurai Incubate in 2014, supporting startups and large corporations across Japan and Israel in launching and scaling new ventures. In September 2019, he founded UNCOVERED FUND, which now manages two funds with 36 portfolio companies. He also co-founded Zaribee in Kenya, a motorcycle-focused asset financing company, serving as a board director until the business was successfully exited to WASSHA Inc. at the end of 2025.
